An affordable apartment project, located in the Madhapar area of a Rajkot city is one of its kind. Being an affordable housing, the developer was carrying an extremely tight budget for the project. The plan being a Hero, the master planning was done in such a way that the space within the compound looks bigger & can act as a perfect community space for the residents. The facade was inspired by the Indian Facade ornamentation.
